"Monsieur" chest of drawers by Henri Vallières
$1,250.00
This tall cabinet is an iconic creation attributed to the Quebec manufacturer Henri Vallières, dating from the 1960s. This piece of furniture is firmly rooted in the Canadian Space Age movement of the time, distinguished by its asymmetrical facade that juxtaposes a large door compartment with a vertical column of seven molded drawers. The bold lines of its flared base and the striking graphic contrast of its two-tone finish make it a highly sculptural and sought-after storage piece.
